The State of New
Jersey requires that you Report a new address
within one week when you move. If you have an out-of-state
license and move into New Jersey, you must apply for a
New Jersey license within 60 days (CDL within 30
days) or before your current license expires, whichever is
sooner. You must take a written and vision test, show in
English proof of age and identity and proof of a
name change if applicable (example: you must present a
marriage certificate to validate a name change due to
marriage).

We are very lucky
that we have a Motor Vehicle Agency right here in
Medford. It is located in the Sharp's Run Plaza
on Route 70, West. This office offers normal
agency functions such as titling vehicles and boats,
issuing registrations, licenses, non-driver Ids,
duplicate or corrected titles,
registrations, licenses and permits and accepting
license plate surrenders.
The phone system is set up that you can not call the agencies
direct, you must go through the main office in Trenton.
