Instead of trying to remember to use Medford Trails, you can set your internet browser to start here, and you can return here any time by clicking the little house icon on your browser.  If you're using Internet Explorer (you'll see this logo in the upper left corner of your screen) just click here to set this as your home page.  Other browsers are a little trickier.

All you have to do is follow these instructions, and you'll never miss all the great stuff on the Medford Trails.

Step 1: Find out which browser you're using

1. On your browser menu bar, click on Help.

2. Select About. Your browser may have an About Netscape submenu category, About Explorer, or just plain About.




3. Note which browser version you are using.

Step 2:Select your browser

1. AOL (America on Line)

2. Netscape 3.0, 3.04     

3. Netscape 4.0, 4.7       

4. Internet Explorer 3.0   

5. Internet Explorer 4.0

AOL Web Browser
 

1. Add Starting Page as your start page by clicking on Preferences

2. Change the Home Page location to our URL http://www.medfordtrails.com

Netscape 3.0, 3.04

1. On your browser menu bar, click on Options.

2. Select General Preferences.

3. Under the Startup section, select the Home Page Location button.

4. Type in the start-up homepage address in the nearby text box: http://www.medfordtrails.com

Netscape 4.0, 4.7.

1. On your browser menu bar, click on Edit.

2. Select Preferences.

3. Under the Navigator Starts With section, click on the option button labeled Home Page.

4. In Location text box type http://www.medfordtrails.com

Internet Explorer 3.0

1. On your browser menu bar, click on View.

2. Select Options.

3. Click on the Navigation tab.

4. Make sure Start Page is selected in the Page list.

5. Type in the start-up homepage in the Address text box: http://www.medfordtrails.com

Internet Explorer 4.0

1. On your browser menu bar, click on View.

2. Select Internet Options.

3. Type in the start-up homepage address in the Address text box: http://www.medfordtrails.com
